1. Product Use & Germination

All seed products are provided for educational, ornamental, and environmental use. Germination success depends on many factors including soil quality, climate, watering, handling, and timing. As such, we do not guarantee germination rates or plant outcomes.

2. Native Seed Compliance & Environmental Responsibility

Our products are intended for use in appropriate local environments. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any planting complies with local environmental guidelines and regulations.

We strongly encourage responsible planting practices and discourage the introduction of any species into areas where they may become invasive or inappropriate for the ecosystem.

3. Quarantine & Shipping Restrictions

Due to strict Australian biosecurity and quarantine laws, we currently do not ship to Western Australia (WA) or Tasmania (TAS).

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchase and use of seed products complies with all state and federal biosecurity requirements.

4. Liability

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or issues arising from the misuse, improper handling, or unintended use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, environmental impact, failed germination, or regulatory non-compliance.

5. Product Handling

Seed products should be stored in a cool, dry place and kept out of reach of children and pets to prevent accidental ingestion or misuse.
